Production Support POS

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Production Support team at Tata Consultancy Services! In this role, you will provide support for a wide range of Point of Sale (POS) applications, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our clients’ POS systems. Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for a wide range of Point of Sale (POS) applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
2. Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of clients’ POS systems.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service for all clients.
4. Keep up to date on the latest POS technology and industry trends.
5. Monitor performance of POS systems and take appropriate action to optimize performance.
6. Develop and maintain documentation of POS processes and procedures.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
8. Identify areas of improvement within the POS system and develop strategies to address those issues.
9. Provide training and guidance to staff on new POS systems and procedures.
10. Work autonomously and collaboratively with other members of the team.
