We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Lead - Plant EV Quality to join our team at Tata Motors. In this role, you will be tasked with leading our plant EV quality operations, ensuring that all our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety.To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You should be a detail-oriented person, who has a passion for quality control and takes pride in delivering flawless products. Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Automotive Engineering

  • Minimum Years Of Experience In Ev Quality

  • Knowledge Of Ev Quality And Reliability Standards

  • Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Electrical/Electronic And/Or Mechanical Issues

  • Working Knowledge Of Root Cause Analysis And Problem Solving Techniques

  • Ability To Analyze

  • Interpret And Present Data In A Meaningful Way

  • Experience In Auditing And Inspecting Ev Components

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.
