Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Design Thinking practice at Tata Steel, developing creative solutions for customers and partners.
2. Develop and manage a team of Design Thinkers, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation.
3. Utilize Design Thinking principles and strategies to develop innovative products and services.
4. Create customer journey maps to understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and execution.
6. Develop a culture of innovation and creativity in the organization.
7. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
8. Present findings to stakeholders and decision makers.
9. Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in Design Thinking and Innovation.
10. Develop strategies to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
