
Commercial Sales Assistant
Provides ongoing Customer service and documentation support as the Relationship Team’s liaison on assigned accounts. Provides professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers. Responsible for the most complex payments, advances, pay-downs, wires and line of credit adjustments. Works closely with Relationship team with early delinquency resolution. Prepares correspondence under the direction and review of Relationship Team. Resolution of exception reporting items. Serves as a resource for Commercial Sales Assistant I & II. Develops and makes recommendations of procedures and process flow. Supports and assists Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence preparation and tracking in loan information.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly
Strong understanding of Relationship Team systems and software
3-5 years of related experience
