- Oversee the management and maintenance of Temple University's extensive network of devices and applications.
- Utilize expertise in endpoint engineering and application management to ensure the smooth operation of all devices and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to endpoints and applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of endpoint management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes that enhance the university's technology services.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint engineering and application management.
- Monitor and analyze endpoint performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of endpoint engineering processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on endpoint engineering and application management.
- Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in endpoint devices and applications.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive inventory of all endpoint devices and applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and ensure the successful deployment of new technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures related to endpoint engineering and application management.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Endpoint Management, Application Deployment, And Support.
Strong Knowledge Of Endpoint Management Tools Such As Microsoft Sccm, Jamf, Or Similar.
Experience With Application Packaging And Deployment In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team.
