Engineering Manager Facilities

The University Engineers Shop Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Engineering Shop serving all University buildings on the Health Sciences Center (HSC) campus and the supervision of university engineers for all shifts. Responsibilities include worker supervision and task assignment, technical assistance, and training technicians to provide mechanical asset oversight, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for the institution. Responsible for compiling and maintaining all records pertaining to all assigned equipment. Utilizes Building Automation System data, round logs, vendor support, and physical tours to ensure facility and equipment readiness.
