  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, alumni, and community partners.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all institutional relations matters.
  3. Identify and cultivate new relationships to expand the institution's network.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  5. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve fundraising and engagement goals.
  6. Manage and coordinate complex projects, including events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with stakeholders.
  8. Represent the institution at various events and meetings, both internally and externally.
  9. Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy.
  10. Communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in institutional relations.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop targeted messaging and materials for various stakeholders.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve institutional relations processes and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or Employee Relations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Mediate And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Programs And Initiatives, Such As Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, Conflict Resolution Strategies, And Employee Engagement Programs.
