- Conduct research: The primary responsibility of the Research Assistant is to assist in conducting research projects under the guidance of the designated faculty member(s). This includes collecting and analyzing data, conducting literature reviews, and assisting with experiments or studies.
- Collaborate with faculty: The Research Assistant will work closely with faculty members to support their research initiatives. This involves regular communication, attending meetings, and providing progress updates on research tasks.
- Data management: The Research Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. This may include using software or tools to effectively store and analyze data.
- Literature review: The Research Assistant will be expected to conduct literature reviews in order to support ongoing research projects. This involves searching for and evaluating relevant academic sources, and summarizing key findings.
- Communication: The Research Assistant will be expected to communicate clearly and effectively with faculty members, peers, and other team members. This includes providing regular updates on research progress, as well as presenting findings and results.
- Adhere to research protocols: The Research Assistant will be responsible for following research protocols and procedures outlined by the faculty member(s) and the university. This includes maintaining ethical standards and ensuring the safety of all participants.
- Perform administrative tasks: The Research Assistant may be required to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing research materials, and maintaining research databases.
- Contribute to team projects: The Research Assistant will work in a collaborative team environment and may be asked to contribute to group projects or assist other team members with their research.
- Professional development: The Research Assistant will have the opportunity to learn and develop research skills through hands-on experience and mentorship from faculty members. They will also be encouraged to attend relevant workshops or conferences to enhance their knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Sociology, Or Neuroscience.
Experience Conducting Research, Including Knowledge Of Research Methods And Data Analysis.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings And Write Reports.
Familiarity With Statistical Software And Data Management Programs, Such As Spss Or Excel.
