- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Temple University
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job postings, networking, and campus outreach to identify potential candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and university stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers are made to potential candidates
- Promote and uphold the university's commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all recruitment efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the university's HR system
- Coordinate and participate in university career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to increase visibility and attract top talent
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay informed on HR best practices and compliance regulations to ensure fair and ethical recruitment practices are followed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Selection.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships With Candidates.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software.
