  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Temple University
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job postings, networking, and campus outreach to identify potential candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and university stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers are made to potential candidates
  • Promote and uphold the university's commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all recruitment efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the university's HR system
  • Coordinate and participate in university career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to increase visibility and attract top talent
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay informed on HR best practices and compliance regulations to ensure fair and ethical recruitment practices are followed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Selection.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships With Candidates.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software.
