At Tenet Healthcare, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Compliance Policies & Procedure Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting, managing and ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and policies. We are looking for a leader who is committed to developing and maintaining a high-performing, results-driven culture of compliance and integrity.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a compliance-related role, with a strong understanding of healthcare-related compliance requirements. You should possess a high level of expertise in developing and executing policies and procedures, as well as developing and delivering compliance-related training. Additionally, you should have a strong track record of leading and managing a team of compliance professionals.If you have a passion for compliance, a commitment to excellence and a leadership style that inspires and motivates, then this role is for you.
