  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg department.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Lvn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active License As A Licensed Vocational Nurse In The State Where Tenet Healthcare Facility Is Located.

  • Previous Med/Surg Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Med/Surg Setting, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Acute Care And Patient Management.

  • Cpr/Bls Certification: All Applicants Must Hold A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Knowledge Of Nursing Procedures And Protocols: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Familiar With Standard Nursing Procedures And Protocols, Including Medication Administration, Wound Care, And Patient Assessment.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team, The Lvn Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
