Tenet Healthcare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst, Oracle to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping to drive our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for managing our Oracle system, gathering data and providing insights to help us identify and engage top talent.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, experience with Oracle systems and advanced knowledge of Excel. You must also have a passion for data-driven decision making, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
