  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market approach.
  4. Define and manage the go-to-market process, including budget, timelines, and key milestones.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline go-to-market activities and increase efficiency.
  6. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  7. Communicate go-to-market plans and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
