In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and development for our manufacturing staff. You will use your expertise to identify areas of improvement and create training plans to develop our staff. Additionally, you will be the point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to manufacturing training.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is also required. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training plans and programs to meet the needs of our manufacturing staff.
  2. Identify areas of improvement and create new training plans to address these areas.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to manufacturing training.
  4. Maintain records of all training activities and materials.
  5. Provide guidance and support to manufacturing staff on learning and development initiatives.
  6. Remain up to date on the latest trends and best practices in manufacturing training.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to manufacturing staff on topics related to training and development.
  8. Monitor staff performance to ensure that training objectives are being met.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations.
