
Customer Service Assistant
We at Tesco are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, and the successful candidate must have a friendly and approachable demeanour. The ideal individual should be a highly organised, proactive problem solver who is passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role and a strong understanding of customer service principles. An excellent working knowledge of computers, a good telephone manner and a willingness to learn are also required. The successful candidate will be a team player, and have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.We are looking for an individual who will bring a positive attitude to the workplace and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
