Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join the team at Tesco. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and a flair for problem-solving. They should have a friendly and professional attitude, a good eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, with experience of dealing with customer complaints and queries. A working knowledge of the retail sector and the ability to understand and process customer orders quickly and accurately is essential.
