Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who loves helping customers to join our team at Tesco as a Customer Service Assistant! As the first point of contact for our customers, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring their shopping experience is as pleasant and efficient as possible. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a warm and friendly attitude. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Candidates should also be competent in using basic computer software, as well as be reliable and punctual.We’re looking forward to welcoming a new Customer Service Assistant to our team and helping them to develop their skills.
