We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Fulfilment team at Tesco as a Shift Leader. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing excellent customer experience, as well as a desire to learn and develop within the role.We’re looking for someone who has at least two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment and the ability to lead a team and motivate them to success. You'll need to be organized and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
