Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Fulfilment Shift Leader to join the Tesco team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues in a busy fulfilment centre, delivering excellent customer service and driving productivity and efficiency. You will have a passion for developing and coaching others, as well as the ability to think on your feet and problem solve. The ideal candidate will be educated to at least A-level or equivalent, have previous warehouse leadership experience and a proven track record of motivating and leading a team. You will also have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative.
