As a Fulfillment Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Fulfillment colleagues in ensuring the successful and timely pick and delivery of goods to our customers.You will possess excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential and experience in the retail industry is preferred.
