Tesco is looking for a highly organised, self-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. This role is key to providing our customers with the best service possible and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. As such, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. They should also have a good knowledge of our products and services, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.To be considered for this role, applicants should have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, and possess a minimum of 1 GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
