Shift Leader

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Shift Leader to join our team here at Tesco. As a key member of our store, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team to meet customer service excellence and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, good knowledge of retail systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus.
