Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Team Manager to join our Tesco team. This role will involve leading, motivating and developing our team of colleagues to ensure that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. The successful applicant will have significant experience in a customer-focused retail environment and have a passion for creating a positive and engaging environment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.You will be responsible for ensuring that our store meets the company's standards and that our customers receive the highest levels of service. You will be required to implement business strategies, manage stock levels and work closely with other department heads to ensure that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.You will possess a proven track record in delivering outstanding results and have the proven ability to motivate and develop colleagues.
