Associate HR Partner

We are looking for a motivated and professional Associate HR Partner to join our growing HR team at Tesla. As an Associate HR Partner, you will be a key member of our team, strategically partnering with the business to drive and support our recruitment, development, and retention efforts. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, from onboarding and job evaluation to policy implementation and employee relations.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of human resources experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. You must have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping others reach their potential. A strong customer service orientation is a must, as you will be working with a variety of people across the organization.
