  1. Oversee and manage the production control team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production processes.
  7. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the success of the team.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement teams to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
  9. Develop and maintain production control systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely tracking of production activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementation of best practices.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
  12. Communicate with upper management to provide regular updates on production activities and recommend solutions for any production-related issues.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving innovation and efficiency in production processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Production Control Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Production Planning And Scheduling Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, As Well As Advanced Knowledge Of Excel.
