Customer Experience Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience across all channels and geographies. You will ensure that customer service, sales, and after-sales operations are run efficiently and consistently to provide an exceptional customer experience.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of customer experience, sales, or operations experience. You should also be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
