  1. Supervise and manage a team of data annotation specialists responsible for labeling and annotating data for our autonomous driving technology.
  2. Ensure that all data annotations are accurate, consistent, and completed within the required timelines.
  3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data annotation processes.
  4. Train and onboard new team members on data annotation techniques and protocols.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize data annotation needs.
  7. Analyze data annotation workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  8. Ensure data security and confidentiality protocols are followed at all times.
  9. Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices in data labeling and annotation.
  10. Create and maintain documentation and reports on data annotation processes and outcomes.
  11. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the team's productivity.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  13. Participate in interviews and assist with the recruitment of new team members.
  14. Set goals and objectives for the team and track progress towards achieving them.
  15. Act as a liaison between the data annotation team and other departments within the company.
  16. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and consistency to support the development of our autonomous driving technology.
