Job Description

To be successful as a Delivery Compliance Specialist, you should have excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch compliance specialist should possess an in-depth working knowledge of the operations and practices within our company and industry. Delivery Compliance Specialist. Schedule and conduct both in person and remote audits with local Tesla delivery locations throughout the US and Canada. Develop state by state compliance and process assurance plans based on detailed risk assessment and thorough research of local motor vehicle dealer regulations. Review all relevant process and control activities affected by business regulations[CC1] (e.g. paper records, electronic records, and privacy requirements). Recommend and implement process improvements and training to address procedures and practices that are impacted by changing sales and delivery regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years audit and assurance experience in a highly regulated industry

  • An in-depth understanding of automotive industry's laws and regulations preferred

  • Extensive domestic business travel required

  • Proficient in Spanish and/or French preferred

  • Compliance background with process quality assurance experience
