Extensive Design Experience: A Design Manager At Tesla Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Design, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Design Principles, Processes, And Tools.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Designers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Others.
Technical Knowledge: A Design Manager At Tesla Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With The Latest Design Software And Tools.
