We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Energy Customer Support Specialist to join Tesla's Energy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service background, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service to our customers. The position requires excellent communication skills, problem solving, and an understanding of the energy market. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, be self-motivated and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
