Engineering Technician, Battery Cell

Tesla is looking for a motivated and experienced Engineering Technician, Battery Cell to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of high-performance battery cell and packs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cell-level materials and process engineering and have a proven record of success in the design and development of lithium-ion battery cells and packs. The successful applicant should also have a working knowledge of relevant safety standards and an ability to apply them in the design and development of battery cells and packs. A strong understanding of electrochemical processes and cell-level modeling is also required. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for success.
