
HR Business Partner, Production

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with production team members to understand their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement HR strategies that align with the company's values and goals.
- Proactively identify potential HR issues and provide solutions to address them effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Partner with the recruiting team to identify and attract top talent for production positions.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new production employees.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making related to employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance management processes to drive high performance and employee development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, performance management, and career growth.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the growth and success of the production team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and programs to enhance the employee experience and drive business results.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Osha And Eeoc.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Key Stakeholders.
