- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the Engineering department.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new engineering hires, including coordinating interviews, creating offer letters, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Act as a liaison between the Engineering department and other HR teams, such as payroll and benefits, to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Support the Engineering department in performance management by tracking and reporting on employee performance and providing necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the Engineering department, in line with company-wide policies and regulations.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs for the Engineering department.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and engineering, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In The Engineering Or Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc And Ada.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
