Job Description

At Tesla, we are looking for a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Instructional Designer for Sales & Delivery, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs for our sales and delivery teams across all Tesla products. We are seeking an individual with a passion for innovative learning strategies and a strong understanding of sales and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.   1. Develop and implement effective training programs for the sales and delivery teams across all Tesla products.
  2. Create engaging and innovative learning strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and delivery teams.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and materials for training programs.
  4. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop appropriate solutions.
  5. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs.
  8. Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure training programs align with their specific needs and goals.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders and managers to ensure training programs meet their expectations and requirements.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges in the training process.
  11. Collaborate with other instructional designers and trainers to share best practices and continuously improve training programs.
  12. Use a variety of instructional techniques and methods to engage learners and enhance their learning experience.
  13. Conduct training sessions or facilitate virtual training events as needed.
  14. Keep accurate records of training activities and maintain training materials and resources.
  15. Participate in the development and implementation of new sales and delivery processes and procedures.
  16. Continuously seek feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
  17. Represent Tesla in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  18. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and comply with legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Sales, And Delivery, Preferably In The Automotive Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools, Learning Management Systems, And Multimedia Development Software.
