  1. Support Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy through innovative materials engineering solutions.
  2. Collaborate with a team of engineers to develop and improve materials used in Tesla vehicles and products.
  3. Conduct research and testing to evaluate the performance and properties of various materials.
  4. Assist in the design and development of new materials and processes.
  5. Analyze data and provide recommendations for material selection and optimization.
  6. Work with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of materials used in Tesla products.
  7. Learn and apply sustainable material practices in all projects.
  8. Contribute to the development of material specifications and standards.
  9. Communicate findings and project updates to team members and management.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials properties and their applications in the automotive industry.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials engineering.
