Lead Equipment Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Lead Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tesla. We need a professional who can take ownership of ensuring our production equipment is well maintained and running efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the daily maintenance of all equipment, from installation and repair to preventative maintenance and calibration.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and a passion for quality and safety. You should also have experience working in a production environment and be comfortable working with a variety of tools and machines.
