Managing Counsel, Litigation

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and strategic Managing Counsel, Litigation to join the Legal Department at Tesla. This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Palo Alto, CA and will report directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel.The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically, provide sound legal and business advice, and will have experience in a broad range of litigation matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and fast-paced organization.We are seeking an individual with a law degree from an accredited school, a minimum of 8+ years of litigation experience, and admission to good standing of at least one state bar. The successful candidate will have strong judgment, an exceptional work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the areas of intellectual property, contract disputes, and other litigation matters is preferred.
