
Permit Coordinator
Submit permit packets to local municipals driving permits to a zero-queue each day. Pick-up permits submitted immediately following the specified turn-around time. Maintain checkbook and credit card transactions for each job/account. Communicate clearly and quickly with managers and other departments about changes to process or obstacles to work flow. Follow-up on old cases with appropriate departments to move jobs through the permitting process as quickly as possible. Document any changes in job cases or status a minimum of two times per week. Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner. Attend weekly team meetings; share ideas and participate in feedback. Conduct in-person meetings with local government officials to answer any outstanding questions regarding energy products. Work with Inspection team to smoothly and efficiently pass inspections.
Experience working with permits is a plus
Able to organize time and tasks in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
1-2 years relative office or clerical experience required
