- Utilize various inspection techniques and tools to identify any potential defects or issues in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data and feedback from quality inspections to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate and work closely with suppliers to ensure their products meet Tesla's quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to automotive quality and safety to ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor new quality and inspection team members.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Control And Inspection In The Automotive Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Ts 16949.
Proficiency In Using Inspection Equipment And Tools, Such As Coordinate Measuring Machines (Cmm) And Gauges.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.
