- Conduct cost estimation for construction projects and provide accurate and detailed cost analysis reports.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within approved limits.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions for project design and construction.
- Prepare and review project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any potential cost or schedule risks.
- Prepare and maintain project cost reports, including tracking of actual costs against budgeted costs.

Bachelor's Degree In Quantity Surveying Or A Related Field: A Solid Educational Foundation In Quantity Surveying Is Essential For This Role, As It Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Tasks Such As Cost Estimation And Project Management.
