  • Develop and optimize robotic simulations for manufacturing processes in the production of electric vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in production processes.
  • Utilize advanced engineering techniques and simulation tools to design and validate robotic systems and processes.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in robotic simulation technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure successful implementation of robotic systems and processes in a production environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with robotic simulations and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
  • Train and mentor team members on the use of simulation tools and techniques to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Communicate and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with robotic simulations and equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Or A Related Field

  • Extensive Experience With Robotic Simulation Software Such As Ros, Gazebo, Or Matlab

  • Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, Or Java

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Simulation Models For Robotic Systems

  • Familiarity With Tesla's Products And Systems, As Well As A Passion For Sustainable Technology And Innovation
