You will join a team of professionals dedicated to providing outstanding employee relations support to our team members.The Sr. Employee Relations Partner will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and the HR team, providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters. You will also lead investigations, manage conflict resolution, and partner with the legal team on complex employee relations issues.We are looking for a confident professional who can develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
