Sr. HR Business Partner, Production

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Business Partner, Production to join our Tesla family! This role will be responsible for providing strategic Human Resources (HR) support to the production teams and managers in our US factory. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, experience with labor relations and union-represented employees, as well as knowledge of employment laws and regulations, is essential for success in this position.
