- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while conducting tests.

- Train and mentor junior test engineers and technicians.

Strong Understanding Of Battery Technology: A Test Engineer For Cell Abuse Testing At Tesla Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Battery Technology, Including Cell Chemistry, Design, And Performance. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Developing Effective Testing Procedures And Identifying Potential Failure Points.
Experience With Cell Abuse Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Conducting Cell Abuse Testing, Particularly In An Automotive Or Electric Vehicle (Ev) Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Battery Testing, Such As Un 38.3 And Iec 62133.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: The Test Engineer Should Be Able To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Data From Cell Abuse Tests To Identify Trends And Potential Issues. They Should Also Have Experience Creating Comprehensive Reports And Presenting Findings To Cross-Functional Teams.
