  1. Conduct vibration testing on Tesla vehicles and components to ensure safety, performance, and durability.
  2. Analyze vibration data and provide insights to support design and engineering decisions.
  3. Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve vibration-related issues and improve overall vehicle performance.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in vibration testing and analysis to continuously improve testing methods and techniques.
  6. Use various tools and software to collect, process, and interpret vibration data.
  7. Generate reports and presentations to communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  8. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and consistent results.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  11. Participate in the development and validation of new vehicle models to ensure they meet vibration standards and specifications.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on vibration testing and analysis techniques.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their products meet Tesla's vibration standards and specifications.
  15. Represent Tesla at industry conferences and events to share knowledge and stay updated on the latest developments in vibration testing and analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Proficiency In Vibration Testing And Analysis Techniques, Including Modal Analysis And Frequency Response Analysis

  • Experience With Data Acquisition And Signal Analysis Software, Such As Labview And Matlab

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Vibration Testing And Analysis, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Iso 16750

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Troubleshoot And Resolve Vibration-Related Issues In Vehicle Components And Systems.
