Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Process accounts payable invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
3. Research and resolve payment discrepancies or issues with vendors.
4. Monitor accounts for payment due dates and maintain payment schedules.
5. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation of accounts payable transactions.
7. Assist with month-end closings and other related accounting activities.
8. Participate in internal and external audits as necessary.
9. Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
