- Provide legal support and guidance to commercial operations and business units within Teva Pharmaceutical USA.
- Advise on all legal matters related to commercial activities, including sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements, including sales agreements, distribution agreements, and marketing agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to protect the company's interests.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's commercial activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Participate in negotiations and provide legal support for business transactions and partnerships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to commercial activities.
- Train and educate employees on legal matters related to commercial activities.
- Handle any legal disputes or claims that may arise in the course of commercial operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to commercial activities.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistent and cohesive legal support for the company.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Admission To The State Bar In Good Standing, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law In A Major Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Commercial Contracts And Negotiations, With A Focus On Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Or Related Industries.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Pharmaceutical Companies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
