Facility Maintenance Engineer

Be accountable for the performance and results of a small team supporting manufacturing/ packaging operations and rest of facility. Exercise full supervisory authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions within team. Ensure that team utilizes safe work practices and process controls to ensure a safe operation of equipment and facility. (May include job hazard analysis, root cause problem solving and risk assessments to drive a preventable injury work place and continuously safe process). Supervise the team and contract resources to support the production plan and maintain the asset life cycle of equipment and facilities. Address issues with impact beyond own team, based on knowledge of related disciplines. Be responsible for the performance and results of the maintenance team to include safety, quality, reliability, and availability of assets in the care of the team.
