During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insights into the Specialty Research and Development department. Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects. Conducts laboratory experiments according to established protocols under the direction of a supervisor. Accurately records data and results in laboratory notebook. Communicates results to supervisor. Analyze experimental data using applicable instrument software and spreadsheets, performs basic statistical analyses, graphs data and prepare slides for scientific presentations. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area and follows all established safety practices. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
