- Conduct quality control testing on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Perform visual inspections and use analytical techniques to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Document and record all quality control activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality issues or deviations.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and instruments used in quality control testing.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all quality control procedures.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality control processes.
- Communicate and report any quality issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance overall quality control processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and mentor new Quality Control Associates as needed.
- Act as a representative of the company's commitment to quality in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Chemistry Or Biology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Quality Control Role.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp).
Proficiency In Using Quality Control Equipment And Software, Such As Hplc And Empower.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
